AirAsia HYROX Seoul 2026 takes place November 14–15, 2026 at KINTEX in Goyang (Seoul area). HYROX is a fitness race alternating 1km runs with 8 functional workout stations, identical worldwide.
Open (standard weights), Pro (heavier), Doubles (share the workouts with a partner), Relay (team of 4). Start times are emailed about one week before race day.
Daehwa Station (Line 3) is closest. From Incheon Airport: AREX → Gimpo → Line 3, about 1–1.5 hours.
